Praying for My Family
“…As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”
Joshua 24:15
PRAYER
Father God,
I lift up my family to You.
Your Word declares:
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
And today…
I stand on that promise.
Lord, I cover my household, cover my children, cover my family, and every person
connected to me with the blood of Jesus Christ.
Let Your presence dwell in our home
Let Your peace rest in every room. Break generational cycles
Remove division
Restore peace and unity and heal what is broken
Let Your protection cover us daily. Order our steps
Guard our hearts and minds
Remove every distraction, influence, and assignment that is not from You
I declare:
As for me and my house— WE WILL serve the Lord.
My children will walk in purpose.
My family will walk in alignment.
My household is covered, protected, and at peace.
No generational cycle will continue in this family
No confusion will take root in this household
No division will have authority here
Lord, strengthen us: physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Let our home be
a place of: peace, love, unity, healing and truth
Closing
God, we surrender our family to You.
Have Your way in our lives,
and let Your will be done in this house.
